I would like to take the time to give you some feedback on your property manager Carmen Clayton.Anthony and I have had private rental agreements before and both have ended in disaster.  Carmen has gone above and beyond our expectations with helping us on our first real estate journey.  We are over the moon that she has secured tenants for us literally in 4 days of the house being advertised for rent.  Her attention to detail is impeccable and her guidance and knowledge along the way has given us that peace of mind we desperately needed.  She had multiple viewings of the home and also even assisted us in choosing the right tenant as we really wanted a little family to live in Anthony’s house.  We are constantly reminded by her now “that’s what you have an agent for” as I was stressing a little around having keys cut.  On behalf of Anthony and myself we would like to thank Ray Bachmann Real Estate for all their help and know we have made the right decision to list the property with you.
